Implementation

Opened Window Inc. expands public access to natural landscapes through trail leadership, grant strategy, and organizational capacity building. We partner with public land managers and mission-driven organizations to deliver durable, well-managed conservation infrastructure projects.

Led by conservation executive Alex Stigliano, we combine field expertise with operational discipline to guide projects from strategy through on-the-ground delivery.

Our Work

Public Lands & Trail Systems

We partner with public land management agencies and regional stakeholders to plan, construct, and steward trail systems that expand responsible access to natural landscapes. Our work integrates habitat sensitivity, long-term maintenance planning, and volunteer engagement into scalable stewardship models.

Partner Development

Strong conservation outcomes require strong institutions. We work alongside nonprofit partners operating on public lands to strengthen governance, operational systems, and delivery capacity, ensuring projects are effectively managed from funding through implementation.

Grant Strategy & Compliance

Opened Window supports grant sourcing, proposal development, and reporting for trail, access, and public lands stewardship initiatives. We help align funding strategy with project scope, regulatory compliance, and long-term stewardship responsibilities.

Volunteer Systems & Community Stewardship

We design and manage structured volunteer corps to support trail construction, maintenance, monitoring, and conservation projects. Our approach emphasizes safety, training, retention, and long-term engagement across multi-stakeholder environments.
